Four Points Assistance is an expanding company and we are often looking for outgoing, sociable Spanish, French, Portuguese and/or Czech/Slovakian speakers to join our expanding, dynamic and friendly team based in Farnham. Our business works directly providing emergency assistance to foreign travellers in the UK – every day is different and we work in a lively 24/7 environment. We can offer flexibility around hours and full training will be given. We offer a great opportunity for language students to earn a living whilst continuing their learning by using their second language on a daily basis in an Assistance Coordinator role to join our Summer Team.

Opportunities In Accounts and Admin   - Position filled 13/08/2019

We are looking for a 3rd member to join our Accounts Team.  We currently have a part-time Accounts Supervisor and a part-time Accounts Assistant doing sales ledger.

It is our busy period now and we have a lot of transactions to keep track of.  We are looking for someone who can hit the road running and help us clear our backlog.  Initially the role will be to support both the sales and purchase ledger side of the business and will be mainly data entry and filing. You will need to be able to use Sage, be competent in Excel, be adaptable and have attention to detail.

This role will develop and once the busy period is over there will be other general office admin duties to be involved in and possibly some small projects too, depending on your ability and enthusiasm for growth.

We are looking for 20 – 24 hours per week which can be divided over 3 or 4 days on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday depending. We are here 24/7 so we can be flexible with the hours once trained.

The rate of pay is £11-£12 per hour based on experience.
